The Situation of Children and Women in Indonesia 2000 - 2010 : Working Towards Progress With Equity Under Decentralisation
This report examines the condition of children and women in Indonesia between 2000 and 2010, highlighting efforts to achieve progress with equity in the context of decentralisation. Over this decade, Indonesia underwent significant political and administrative changes, decentralising authority to local governments. This shift presented both opportunities and challenges for improving the lives of vulnerable populations, particularly children and women.
